Summary: Was a cozy, clean stay, but the pictures of the family on the wall and in the bed room were odd. Outdated style but to each their own! Cost was reasonable. Found some old rotten food in the drawers of the refrigerator. Seems odd to me. Rooms shook if a vehicle drove by, which at night was a bummer. Over all was a good stay for the price. Guess you get what you pay for.

Summary: We love this property. It’s very cozy like we were home. The owner prepared everything for us including utensils, seasonings, teas, coffees, and towels. You don’t have to bring anything. Great service!

Summary: The Diamond Bungalow is neither an outstanding or bad place to stay. I would rate it as average. It was centrally located for all our vacation needs. Indian Creek Plaza was fun to visit and I would recommend Grit 2C as a great restaurant to try. The home itself was clean* and met all our needs. However, a few upgrades could bring it to an above average rating. The cooling system upstairs is inadequate, mattresses upstairs and on the sofa bed, along with pillows need to be replaced, and the * vent above the dining table needs a thorough cleaning

Summary: Centrally located to all we needed. Filled all our basic needs. Upstairs cooling needs improving. Pillows and mattresses on beds upstairs and sleeper sofa need replaced. Also vent above dining table needs to be cleaned.

Summary: A lovely, bright space close to downtown Caldwell and the Sunnyslope Wine trail. Very clean. Appreciated the two bathrooms and comfortable common spaces.

Summary: At first we were a little unsure of the neighborhood but were immediately greeted by the owner/manager who pointed out a horses and carriage outfit giving rides down the street. It is a quiet neighborhood, other than the occasional train, with a big park nearby. The house is light and cheerful and clean. They provided us with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen could use a few more kitchen towels and maybe some hot pads. Small TVs but they were smart TVs so that was nice. The fridge was really cold. It froze a glass of milk overnight, but the gallon of milk was perfect. We were advised only to use the dishwasher if we were around as they have experienced some flooding. We opted to wash all our dishes to avoid any problems. For our family, the sleeping arrangements weren't ideal, but there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to move around without running into each other. We ate in shifts due to the small dining table. Everything worked and we connected to the WI-FI with no problem. It was easy to access upon arrival. Check-out was also problem free.

Summary: Tastefully decorated and very comfortable turn of the century cottage. Comes with all amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay including fully equipped kitchen, snuggly beds (4), and updated baths (2). Wonderfully comfortable family area with two sofas and quaint little dining area with seating for at least 4. Quiet neighborhood with wonderfully supportive and friendly neighbors willing to help with orienting the new comer to Caldwell's downtown. Eats are close within walking distance with wonderful peaceful creek area for relaxation and picnicing near the peacefully flowing water. We visited in March so although a little cold, the stay was nevertheless very welcome during the time of COVID.
